As a performer myself, I know how daunting headshots can be. I also know that when you allow your true essence to shine through, your photos become magnetic.
When we book your session, I first listen to understand who you are, and what qualities/energy you want to convey.
Together, we'll plan the location and wardrobe - as well as recommendations for great hair and makeup artists if desired - so that you feel supported in preparing for our session.

Our photo session is all about authentic connection. So we take our time, breathe and give ourselves permission to play and explore.
I create a relaxed, flexible and collaborative environment - with natural light and a variety of locations - to help you showcase your versatility and range.
I'm always happy to guide you with posing and direction, however I often find engaging our own imaginations and creativity gives us a beautiful emotional depth.
Within one week of our shoot, you'll receive all your photos in a private online gallery. You can view, share and download all of your images and create a shortlist.
Select your three favourite photos for retouching, and I'll get to work! You'll also have the opportunity to purchase more photos from your collection.
I'll send through your chosen images as retouched high-resolution, web-resolution and industry standard 8x10 crop via digital download.
Now it's time to send them to your agent, update your website and casting profiles, and start a fresh new chapter in your creative work!
Your session includes a 90-minute natural light photo shoot, with 2-3 locations and multiple wardrobe changes. You also receive a private online viewing gallery of your best images (approximately 100), and 3 retouched high-resolution images via digital download.
My first piece of advice is to wear something you love that makes you look and feel great! Within this arena, it’s best to choose plain colours (no busy prints) with clean necklines that draw attention to your face. Like film or TV acting, we see a lot of detail, so it’s helpful to limit your jewellery and accessories.
All images in your gallery will be balanced for brightness, colour and contrast. For your chosen high-resolution images, I offer a natural retouch. This means removing distracting details like blemishes, stray hairs, fluff etc. and lightly enhancing your natural features so the focus is completely on you.

Yes, I want you to love your photos! Additional high-resolution images can be purchased for $35 each. Please contact me if you’d like to purchase an entire collection.
Firstly, overcast days are a photographer’s best friend! No harsh shadows, no squinting, moody tones.
Secondly, I’m lucky to have a studio in Sydney with large windows creating an abundance of natural light. So we can still shoot, even in wet weather.
If we’re planning to shoot on location and the weather is insurmountable, I will offer a free reschedule of your session.
I have limited sessions available each month, and your session fee holds your place. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before our shoot, and we can reschedule you, although this may mean a much later session date.
Reschedule requests and cancellations received less than 24 hours before your session forfeit 50% of the fee, unless I am able to fill your spot with someone from the waiting list.
