I’m so thrilled to share the news that my portrait of violinist Claire Herrick has won a bronze award in Contemporary Portrait at The Portrait Masters Image Awards 2021.
The Portrait Masters Awards are judged by a panel of top professional photographers to acknowledge, honour and celebrate high-quality professional portrait photography. It’s also an accreditation program to support photographers’ professional development. It’s been mind-blowing to see some of the incredible talent from across the globe, and their stunning portraits.
The founder of The Portrait Masters, Sue Bryce, is an amazing inspiration not only in the world of professional photography, but also in the realm of personal development. I’m gaining so much from her teachings, honing my technical skills while at the same time supporting my commitment to help my clients tell their stories and shine.
Thank you to my beautiful subject, Claire Herrick. You’ll read more about Claire in an upcoming blog soon – she is so talented and funny and lovely. We had a great time on our shoot, and I’m sure provided entertainment to the construction workers driving by with our antics!
I can’t wait to share it with you,
